Cookie Policy

Information on the technologies used by the site and on how to accept, reject or change your preferences. Last updated: October 21, 2026. This English translation is provided for convenience; if it differs from the Italian text, the Italian version prevails.

1. What cookies and local storage are

Cookies are small files saved by your browser. The site also uses localStorage and sessionStorage, which keep preferences or technical data on your device. Non-essential technologies are activated only after an explicit choice.

2. Categories used

  • Necessary: cart, language, security, content version, checkout draft, designs chosen among the bomboniere, conversation with the Mora assistant, copies for the offline page and storage of your cookie choice. They are essential or requested by the user.
  • Analytics: Google Analytics 4, to measure visits and use of the site. It is activated only after consent.
  • Marketing: Google Tag Manager and, if configured, Google Ads and Meta Pixel. They are activated only after marketing consent.

3. Strictly necessary technologies

  • cc_cookie — stores the CookieConsent categories, revision and choice; maximum duration 180 days.
  • _cc_last_consent — local copy of the chosen categories for technical verification; it stays in the browser until it is deleted or updated.
  • ceramiche-corallo-cart — keeps your cart on the device until it is deleted.
  • ceramiche-corallo-language — remembers the selected language.
  • ceramiche-corallo-cache-version and local content — prevent outdated data from being shown.
  • ceramiche-corallo-collection-view-tip-dismissed — remembers that you closed the tip about the collection view.
  • cc-bomboniere-scelte — keeps the models you chose on the bomboniere page until you remove them.
  • Checkout and browsing session storage (ceramiche-corallo-checkout-draft, ceramiche-corallo-pending-checkout, catalog_scroll_y) — temporarily keeps your checkout form draft, any order awaiting payment and your position in the collection, so you can return to the same spot; it ends with the browser session.
  • ceramiche-corallo-tracked-purchase-orders — prevents the same purchase from being recorded twice in the statistics, if you have accepted them; it ends with the browser session.
  • ceramiche-corallo-shopping-assistant-v2 and ceramiche-corallo-shopping-assistant-v2-teaser — keep your conversation with Mora, the digital assistant, and remember that the greeting has already been shown; they end with the browser session.
  • corallo-app-v… (service worker cache) — keeps copies of the site's styles, scripts and images so that it opens faster and can show the “You're offline” page; it contains no personal data.

The CookieConsent library is delivered via jsDelivr. It is not used for advertising, but the technical request to the CDN may involve the transmission of your IP address and the connection data needed to deliver the file.

4. Analytics

After “analytics” consent, the site loads Google Analytics 4, ID G-T2M9CJV4KY. The service may set the cookies _ga and _ga_*, normally for up to 2 years depending on Google's configuration. Consent can be withdrawn at any time; on withdrawal, CookieConsent tries to remove the known analytics cookies.

5. Marketing

After “marketing” consent, the site may load Google Tag Manager (GTM-K54847WV) and the advertising tags configured within it. A Meta Pixel, if any, is activated only with the same category. The cookies that providers may set include _gcl_* and _fbp, generally for up to about 90 days depending on the provider's settings and policies. The site no longer includes GTM “noscript” iframes, because they would not allow a prior choice to be respected when JavaScript is not available.

6. Legal basis and consent management

Necessary technologies are based on the need to provide the service requested and on security. Analytics and marketing are based on consent under the GDPR and Article 122 of the Italian Privacy Code. Rejecting is as easy as accepting and does not prevent you from making a purchase.

7. Browser settings and contact

You can also delete cookies and storage from your browser settings. Deleting them may empty your cart and preferences, and the consent panel will appear again. For privacy requests, write to info@ceramichecorallo.it and see the Privacy Policy.
